Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

I am a licensed clinical social worker based in Indianapolis. I’ve been in the social work field for 9 years and the past 5 have been focused on providing therapeutic support.

I strive to provide a safe and peaceful space for individuals during sessions, utilizing unconditional positive regard. For some, the act of showing up for a session can be an overwhelming challenge. I’m willing to start where you are at and build from there. My goal is to work collaboratively and develop goals that are achievable and meaningful to you.

I enjoy working with individuals of all backgrounds. I have experience working with teens, adults, the aging population and those with autism and intellectual disabilities. I actively work toward being a neurodiverse affirming therapist.

I utilize strength-based and person centered-approaches. This means, I like to help others identify and utilize their strengths to navigate any challenges they are facing.
