Grace Foster

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in the mental health field for 4 years working in a variety of settings from school based counseling to community mental health crisis work.  I have experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care—I provide a holistic approach to meet the unique needs of each client because no persons story is the same!

You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief or trauma. You could be navigating through life transitions or struggling to find a balance of work and self care. Whether you are finding hardships in your relationships or needing a space to open up about things you may try to bury down, I am here to help walk alongside you during those moments. I strongly believe that people are not meant to do life alone. Reaching out and asking for help, healing or guidance is one of the strongest things you can do. My approach is meeting my clients where they are at in life and walking alongside you in both the ups and downs.
