Q: Is online counseling confidential?

I hold online sessions on VSee, a HIPAA compliant and encrypted online counseling site. It is, however, up to you to ensure your location is a private place to obtain counseling.

Q: How often will you and I meet for session?

My preference is for us to meet weekly or bi-weekly. This allows for consistency and to gain as much ground on your concerns as possible.

Q: How long will I be in counseling?

The amount of time you spend in counseling is very much your decision. You may choose to come in for only a few sessions to get your concerns off your chest or you may choose to continue for the long-term to work through deeply seeded issues that have been causing you problems and interfering with your life.
